Came up with a few for now to make Elements work a little better, most of the stuff works regardless of affinity (Though some jutsu suggested for improvement may be affinity or clan specific). Will edit if any new ideas pop up.

Elemental Revamps -- Fuuton
===============================
Mugen Sajin Daitoppa -- Make the effects of the homing projectile immediate after it touches the opponent (Currently, there is a slight delay between the projectile's impact and victims receiving damage).
Fuuton Rasenshuriken -- Reduce the Chakra damage variable. Due to Shunshin + FRS it is totally possible to land the hit every time, even on an oppnent who believes they got away; 20x Chakra feels a bit too high.

Katon -- All moves now leave a 'lingering' effect over the course of 3 seconds. The damage rate depends on the Jutsu itself.
[Goukakyuu] 300/s for 3 seconds
[Ryuuka] 250/s for 3 seconds
[Karyuudan] 600/s for 3 seconds
[Gouryuuka] 750/s for 3 seconds
[Meikakkyu] 1100/s for 3 seconds
Katon Goukakyuu no Jutsu -- Add a 'speed' factor to the Jutsu; for every 1000 speed the player has the freeze time on Goukakyuu is reduced by 0.5 seconds (@5k speed the freeze would essentially be gone).
Katon Ryuuka no Jutsu -- At 150 uses, the "tail" of the jutsu extends 4 more tiles.
Katon Karyuudan -- At 100 uses, this jutsu gets an extra 0.5x Nin added to it's damage modifier. At 200 uses, this increases another 0.2x
Gouryuuka no Jutsu -- Increase the size of the icon to about 3 tiles wide.
Meikakyuu -- Explodes on impact, can use 4 of the Goukakyuu main sphere icons to symbolize this. Anyone caught in the explosion receives damage as well as the lingering effect.

Doton in General -- All moves now slow the opponent for 5s.
Doryuudan -- Expand it to 3 tiles wide by adding two additional heads to the jutsus.
Doryuuheki -- At 100 uses, Wall expands to be three tiles wide.
Doton Kouka -- Remove slowing effects, change damage effect from fully blocking Swords/Taijutsu to reducing the damage by 30%.
Doryuusou -- Another situation like Mugen Sajin Daitoppa, there is a discrepancy between the appearance of the icon and the damage dealt. Makes it very easy to escape if you're running.
Iwa Bunshin no Jutsu -- When destroyed, opponent moves slower for 10s

Suiton Suijinheki -- makes an additional wall behind the user while on water.
Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu -- When destroyed, covers a 2x2 area in water.
Mizu Suiryuuben no Jutsu -- Instead of it's current iteration, it shoots tendrils in all 8 directions at once and deals 0.8x nin to anyone caught by the tendrils. Creates a tile of water at the feet of anyone stuck by the tendrils. Maybe make this a toggle?
Mizu Kamikiri -- When it is "mastered" (The icon changes from 1 blade of water to 2 blades), it's modifier increases from 0.5x Nin to 1x Nin. Add a toggle for the piercing, if you have Pierce turned on it is 0.4x while unmastered, 0.8x while mastered.

Chidorigatana -- Acts a Sword Style instead, changing your attack mod to 0.5x Nin/0.5x SS. Slashes stun for 1s each, but can be chained. Puts all other Ninjutsu on a cooldown while active. Possibly decrease the chakra drain a little bit, or make it effected by CC.
